Labor Day Weekend in Sarasota, Florida
Mom has been a slacker lately and that is why this blog post is late being posted,,sorry. Anyway, right before Labor Day weekend mom traded in her Hyundai Tucson and got a Nissan Frontier, Crew Cab 4-wheel drive pickup. This was the first time I got to ride in her new truck. I found it very comfortable riding in the back seat. Mom got this sling thing that kept me from being able to crawl between the front seats, and is waterproof to protect her seats. Once we got off the highway mom took this picture and told me "were almost there". Neither of us had ever been to Sarasota. We got to the house before mom's daughter did. This is a "Girls' Weekend" mom kept saying, I thought she meant her and I but she meant with her daughter,,,three of us! When mom and I explored the house she saw this book in our bedroom.
